Return & Exchange Policy

Vintiq does not have any return/refund policy.

Vintiq Official strictly follows the mentioned below terms and conditions for exchange:

EXCHANGES

Any product bought from the online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY. A product can only be exchanged if the product(s) delivered has any kind of manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered to you. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unused with the price label, hangtags, care label, etc. attached.

For exchanges,50% of the amount will be deductedand will be adjusted in the exchange once the parcel is received and inspected. If the product is found damaged or worn out upon inspection, thededuction will be 80%. Exchange shipment charges will be borne by the customer. This policy is in place because parcels are often damaged during shipping. Please order accordingly.

For products on Sale, we do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order. Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged as the products are made to order. We do not offer exchange of online orders from our retail outlets. The exchange policy is only applicable within 7 days after the goods are delivered.

Sale:

- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
- Items bought on sale can only be exchanged if the product(s) delivered has any kind of manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered to you.

In some cases, Vintiq will not accept any exchanges. Such cases include but are not limited to the following:
- Sale Items
- Exchange request made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days)
- Product damaged due to use
- Product has been tampered with
- Customized designs cannot be returned or exchanged as the products are made to order.

Exchange Procedure:

You will be required to share the order details and reason for exchange along with photographic evidence of the product within 7 days of the delivery date. You may notify us on our Social Media Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) or email us at vintiqofficial@gmail.com.

Change of Mind:

Change of mind is not acceptable.

We at Vintiq aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed via conformation call.

You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

The estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days.

Terms & Policy:

Orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

•  We deliver nationwide, delivery charges will apply.
•  The color may slightly differ from the one in picture due to graphics and camera light.
•  Any queries and complaints can be emailed or asked in dm.
• Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged as the products are made to order.

DELIVERY CHARGES: 

As we are based in Lahore, Punjab. We are offering “Check & Pay” Delivery service in our city, Lahore. You can check the quality & color of your favorite products before paying at your doorstep.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.

Vintiq Official cannot be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
